Where To Go

Exmouth became a popular Victorian retreat as a place to holiday and recouperate, and much of that Victorian facade exists today along with modern development typified by the Exmouth Marina. But there is much beyond the town with the likes of the Jurassic coastline, Exeter and Dartmoor close by.

At two miles long, Exmouth has the distinction of having the longest seafront in Devon and Cornwall, and the beach
is expansive enough to host all the summers visitors. There is a small element of "kiss me quick" along the seafront, typified by the pitch and put, boating lake and the amusements, but this is fairly low key and slightly back from the beach, but each to our own and thus all tastes are catered for.
